Due to the perishable nature of our dietary supplements, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products and store credit for opened items that didn't meet your taste expectations. Our goal is to ensure every sip of your Boba Tea Protein experience is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your product.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a fulfillment error.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip inside the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
